Position: Retail Sales Analyst
Department: Sales Development
Reports To: Sales Capability Development Manager
Location: EIG Offices
Scope: EIG Markets
Main responsibilities of the “Sales Retail Analyst” are:
- Registration of new items in the system
- Data Management Navision & Blanc and update
- Responsible for database update (items and prices/Offers)
- Controlling all data are inputted in the correct way in the system
- Support Sales force in system use
- Ad- Hoc report as requested
- Actively participate and support in System updated
- ostumer registration in the system
- Unification of all items in all systems (Balance+ Navision)
- Labelling of new items in Balance System
- Transfer of articles, packages and designated agents according to requests
- Adding new agents to the system and deleting the existing ones
- Development of new data in the system (logistics data)
- Maintenance of Brands, Channels per articles/clients
- Application of prices and discounts in the systems (Nav Serbia, Macedonia, Beauty Division
- Registering agent’s route in the system and maintaining it, which includes adding new routes and deleting inactive clients.
- Weekly check for inactive clients in taxes system
- Report on Expiration Dates for Kosovo, Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Slovenia and Croatia
