Brand Manager: Food Category
Position Purpose:
Brand Manager (BM) is responsible for using customer and trend research to create strategies that will change how people perceive the brand, support healthy growth of the brand, and achieve volumes, and distribution goals for Eurolab. He or she works based on the guidelines of the brand owners (Eurolab clients) and company strategy. This can involve overseeing advertising, design, and events.
At same time, BM is responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns. He or she works to ensure that a brand remains updated and exciting to customers; planning ways to promote and change the public perception of brands.
Key duties and responsibilities:
BM reports to the Marketing Manager Group and is responsible for accomplishing the following tasks:
1. Market research and analysis. BM is responsible for carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
2. Brand strategies. Based on brand guidelines and market analyses, it develops strategies and manages marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and build the credibility of brands. Brand plans should include Kpi-s (key performance indicators) and ROI (return on investement).
3. KPIs/ROI of projects. Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns (KPI achievement, ROI), making recommendations for improvement, and reporting. The first to be analyzed is the focus in implementation of the activity, and then the focus on the customer: sales growth, image, product presence, etc. Analyses are shared with the sales department (and others as needed).
4. Events & materials. Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots based on the annual programs of the brands, approved at the beginning of the year. Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding, supporting local marketing, and supporting trade managers.
5. Clients & team work. Meeting with clients at least twice a month and working with colleagues across multiple departments (Marketing Managers and Sales). Part of the implementation of the program is done through the sales force and which requires to go through different ways (Marketing Managers, Sales, Purchases, Finances, Law, Supply Chain, etc.)
6. Reporting & presentation. BM prepares brand reports monthly or as per instruction by Marketing Manager as well as other reports and brand studies as per need. BM presents campaign to the personnel involved prior to activities ensuring that the message across to everyone.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A University Degree in Economics or Marketing
2. At least 4 years of work experience in the position of Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG industry.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Advanced skills in using the MS Office suite.
5. Advanced skills in presentations and in the use of mail and the Internet.
6. Proven skills in budget management.
7. Very good knowledge of English and Albanian, spoken and written.
8. Category B driving license.
