Eurolab Internacional is looking to hire a “ Campari Academy Ambassador ”
General Description of the Role
The
Campari Brand Ambassador is responsible to
educate and engage the distributors Sales Force and local On trade Stakeholders (Bar owners, bar tenders…). She/He works closely with the distributors/partner’s Marketing and Trade Marketing department and the Campari Group’s Bartender Engagement & Advocacy Specialist SEMEA PMs.
The mission of the role covers 2 main areas of responsibility:
- Education, Influence, Advocacy through Engagement (65% of total time): category and product knowledge, Drinking strategies, moments of consumption and perfect serves, involvement/leadership in brand programs/trade events.
- POS scouting, execution and monitoring (35% of total time): Select the right outlets per brand in order to establish a strong long-term relationship with the trade and influence on Profit Story, Menu activation, Perfect Serve, Drink Price positioning and brand ecosystem (visibility, brand activations…)
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Educate, Influence & Engage the distributors Sales Force and local On trade Stakeholders:
- Identifying the right audience to engage and energize about Campari Group’s brands distributed for each category,
- Delivering educational training on category and product knowledge, drinking strategies, perfect serves, moments of consumption, price, profit story and menu execution, providing monthly feedback to the Bartender Engagement & Advocacy Specialist on output of the trainings,
- Checking over time on the correct execution of the contents of the trainings,
- Leading key local events, activations and advocacy programs,
- Recruiting Bartenders in order to select suitable candidates to be part of a Community of Campari Group bartenders in each country,
- Social Media Coverage making sure the Campari Group portfolio is portrayed at its best
POS scouting, execution and monitoring:
- Selecting the right outlets per brand to make sure our brand ecosystem are correctly activated
- Establishing a strong long-term relationship with the On Trade Stakeholders to favour rotation and brand building
- Influencing the On Trade Stakeholders on Profit Stories, Menu activation, Price positioning, Drinks and perfect serves
- Reporting: Feedback reporting to be shared with distributor’s marketing and trade marketing team and Campari Bartender
- Engagement & Advocacy Specialist on: Key brand execution information (brand eco system activated), relevant trends and NPD in the market, main consumer insights for new opportunities, trade tools (signature drinks, POSM, educational materials, etc.)
- Attending specific trade / marketing events (Trade Shows, Convention, Sponsored events, Master class, activations, etc).

Education / Experience Required
- Well known member of the local bartending community and/or
- Previous experience in influential outlets
- Spirits industry dynamics knowledge
- Marketing or commercial knowledge/experience (nice to have)

- Availbility to travel within the Market (up tp 70% of the time)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Passion for the spirits industry
- Ability to interact and liaise effectively with different stakeholders
